Braised ham hock terrine with pease pudding

Smoked haddock fishcakes with lettuce and tartar sauce

Butterflied chicken with hand cut chips, tomatoes, mushrooms and peppercorn sauce.

Braised featherblade beef with fondant potatoes and red wine jus

Roasted Mediterranean vegetable terrain with spiced cauliflower couscous & vegetable crisp

Dress Code

For the daytime is smart casual / suits for the gentlemen / equivalent for the ladies.

For the evening smart / party attire is optional for those wanting to change.
